Full Priced Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or credit note within 14 days from the delivery date.

Sale items 
Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.

Returns requested outside these timeframes will not be accepted.

Returns must be requested within the applicable return window and are accepted only if items are returned in their original condition. All products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and ribbons attached. Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back from the country of purchase. Gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fees and any associated handling costs. In accordance with customs and import regulations, international returns may be subject to duties and taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Where applicable, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount once the return has been processed.
