Online Returns Policy & Process
At MÚK, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below carefully.
Return Timeframes
Full-priced items
Full Priced Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or credit note within 14 days from the delivery date.
Sale items
Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.
Returns requested outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within the applicable return window and are accepted only if items are returned in their original condition. All products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and ribbons attached. Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back from the country of purchase. Gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fees and any associated handling costs. In accordance with customs and import regulations, international returns may be subject to duties and taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Where applicable, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount once the return has been processed.
Exchanges & Refund Limits
- Each order is eligible for one exchange or refund only.
- You are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection.
- After approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or credit note has been issued.
Customs & Regulatory Compliance
International returns are processed in accordance with applicable local and international customs regulations, including those in force under Egyptian law. Any duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process are non-refundable and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Policy Enforcement
MÚK reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
This policy applies exclusively to international orders.
