At MÚK, we value your shopping experience and allow parcel opening and garment inspection before completing your purchase. Our updated Returns Policy lets you shop with confidence, offering Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits within 2 days of receiving your order.

During Sale

You are allowed to open and try on items purchased on sale before completing your payment; however, all sale items and orders placed with a discount code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

RETURN

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been submitted using our returns portal.

Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
  1. The item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and sealed in the original bag.
  2. The item must be completely free from any stains or perfume (including makeup)
  3. The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

MÚK reserves the right to decline returns and exchanges that fall outside the specified return period or for items that are not in their original condition, show signs of use, or contain any stains, fragrances, or other residues. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs, including both pickup and return shipping, as it is the customer's responsibility to adhere to the return and exchange policy at the time of submitting the request.

Refunds can be processed via bank transfer, store credit, and e-wallets.

Cash refunds are not available

RETURN: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGE: Shipping fees will be charged when delivering the replacement item.

RESTOCKING: A 30EGP restocking fee applies to all returns, covering processing costs like cleaning, repackaging, and restocking.

  • To avoid extra charges, ensure items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

We take great care to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty item, please notify us by submitting a return request within 2 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To do this, use the return portal, select "Arrived Defective," provide a description of the fault, and upload an image. Our customer service team will assess the issue. If the fault is noticed after wearing the item, please include this information in the description when submitting the request.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund, including approval or rejection.

Refunds can be processed via bank transfer, store credit, and e-wallets. Please note that cash refunds are not available.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

All products purchased during sale or discounted and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
