Store Policy – Updated July 2
As of July 2, parcel opening is no longer permitted before payment due to product safety measures.

Returns and Exchanges
You may request a refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and sealed in the original packaging
  • Item must be free of stains, perfumes, or makeup
  • Return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery

Sale Items
All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds can be processed via bank transfer, store credit, e-wallet, or cash.
Please note that cash refunds will incur an additional shipping fee for courier delivery.

All items must be received and approved at our warehouse before any refund or exchange is processed.

Shipping and Restocking Fees

  • Return: Shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Exchange: Shipping fees will be applied for the delivery of the replacement item.
  • Restocking: A 30 EGP restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing, cleaning, and repackaging. To avoid additional fees, ensure items are returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Faulty Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a faulty item, contact us and submit your request through our return portal.

Late Requests
Failure to submit a return or exchange request within the stated 2-day window will render the request invalid.
