Online Returns Policy & Process

Full-priced items 
Full Priced Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or credit note within 14 days from the delivery date.

Sale items 
Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.

Returns requested outside these timeframes will not be accepted.

There will be two return attempts. If both attempts fail, your request will be automatically cancelled and cannot be resubmitted.

1. When rescheduling with the courier, the collection date must be the next day. In cases of rescheduling on Thursday, the collection will be rescheduled on Saturday.
2. Any rescheduling made for a longer period of time without communicating with our Support Team will deem the request invalid and it will be cancelled.

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

1. The return request must be submitted within the applicable return window.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
3. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will be declined.

1. Each order is eligible for one exchange or refund only.
2. You are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

1. Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection.
2. After approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or credit note has been issued.

1. Online payments made at checkout will be refunded to the original method of payment.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via e-wallet, bank transfer or cash.
3. Cash refunds incur separate courier fees for return collection and cash delivery, which will be deducted from the total refund amount

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping fees for collecting the return item will be deducted from the refund amount.
